We, E-Zone HRM Limited, seek a senior professional to lead technical integration, quality and sustainability across multiple footwear factories for a leading international brand. Cross-border role: hands-on overseas production experience (multi-country, South-East Asia & Africa) required, not just one national industry.
VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Position: Team Lead, Technical Integration, Sustainability & Quality Excellence (International Multi-Factory Footwear Operations)
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Technical Integration: Manage multi-country production planning, commercialization, pattern/last/sole mold development, value engineering, BOM, and PLM technical documentation.
Quality Governance: Execute 5-Star Protocols, manage factory defect/claims performance, run in-line inspection systems, and train/certify factory QA staff.
Process Optimization: Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 7S practices to systematically eliminate operational waste, defects, and rework.
Sustainability & Sourcing: Oversee Code of Conduct (CoC), CSR, social compliance, ESG standards, and material sourcing/testing performance.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education: Diploma & Post-Diploma in Footwear Technology or Leather Technology.
Experience: 25+ years in footwear & leather manufacturing with global brands (including 5+ years at manager level in Quality, Production, Technical Integration, or Lean).
Country Footprint: Proven operational leadership in at least 3 countries: India, Ethiopia, Vietnam, or Cambodia.
Technical Training & Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Stahl Finishing, Footwear CAD, and Technical Documentation.
Languages & Compliance: Direct experience in CSR/ESG/CoC monitoring; strong spoken & written English and fluent Chinese (Mandarin)
