The Relationship Executive will support and manage merchant partners within the Travel & Tourism Unit. The role focuses on merchant communication, campaign coordination, issue resolution and driving category growth through strong partner engagement
Job Responsibilities
Maintain regular communication with Travel & Tourism merchants and support daily operational needs.
Build strong relationships with KCP & KDM to improve engagement and business performance.
Assist merchants with campaigns, promotions and platform related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and issue resolution.
Monitor merchant performance and provide basic insights and support for growth opportunities.
Encourage adoption of platform features and tools to increase sales and engagement.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 40,000/month
Incentives: Up to BDT 20,000/month based on performance

Special Instruction
Requirements:
BBA graduates from a recognized university.
Minimum CGPA : 3.00 .
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple merchants and tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of retail campaigns or merchant operations is preferred.
Proactive, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
