Operations Executive, Merchant Payments
Job Context

Job Responsibilities
1. Verify and quality check the documents submitted by the merchants for onboarding and identify any discrepancies.
2. Ensure timely and smooth merchant registration with near zero rejection.
3. Provide operational support to the merchants to ensure their smooth onboarding and day-to-day activities on the platform.
4. Maintain accurate records of merchant documentation, transactions/settlement report and other POSM related activities.
5. Work collaboratively with other internal teams to resolve merchant issues and provide timely solutions.
6. Play proactive role in integration related activities with both merchant and tech/vendor.
Educational Requirements
Additional Information
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or any other relevant field.
2. 1 year of experience in merchant operations or a related field will get added advantage.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
8. Knowledge of the online payments industry, including PGW products integration and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: BDT 33000/month
Incentives: Up to BDT 10,000/month based on performance
