Job Context
E-Zone HRM is currently hiring for the position of “Digital Ambassador” for a renowned Private Commercial Bank.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting customers with Astha app onboarding
Helping customers to make all types of transfers (RTGS / NPSB / BEFTN) through Astha app
Debit card / Credit card / Cheque Book activation
Guiding customers about features of Astha Sheba like changing static data, activating email OTP, any kind of Bill payment, mobile wallet transfer through Astha App)
FDR/DPS opening and closing
Tax Certificate download / upload
Travel Quota on / off
Get customers feedback / complain digitally
Collecting documents for account openings through the AOF process
Informing customers about our products and services
Assisting customers in obtaining their desired services from the branch
Handling any official additional tasks assigned by BM/BOM/other officers
