Canteen Supervisor

 Ensure smooth running of the canteen during breakfast, lunch, snacks

·         Monitor food presentation, portion control, serving, and billing

·         Ensure meals are served on time in line with schedules

·         Ensure VIP / guest arrangements when required

·         Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards

·         Maintain cleanliness of serve, storage, dining areas and pest-control measures at all times

·         Ensure canteen staff maintain personal hygiene and proper uniforms

·         Coordinate with the canteen service provider / external caterer

·         Maintain records of daily consumption

·         Conduct on-the-job training to maintain service standards

·         Maintain discipline and professional behaviour of canteen staff

·         Ensure polite, respectful, and efficient service to bank staff and guests

·         Address and resolve complaints promptly

·         Collect feedback and suggest improvements

·         Prepare daily/weekly/monthly canteen operation reports

·         Maintain stock registers, complaint logs, and vendor records

·         Report incidents, hazards, or irregularities to Management

·         Any other task assigned by Bank Management/ Authority.

Working Days & Hours: As per Banking working days & hours

Salary Range: BDT. 30,000/- to 40,000/-

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Canteen/Hospitality/Cafeteria supervision
• Experience in corporate, bank, or institutional setup preferred
