PROJECT FACILITATOR

A. Scope of services

1. Coordinate administrative and surveillance works at sentinel sites
2. Responsible for coordination of overall project activities at the sentinel sites
3. Coordinate communication between project core team & sentinel sites
4. Sample collection, Sample preservation, Data collection and Sample transportation
5. Maintain supplies and equipment lists in sentinel sites
6. Maintain liaison with team members, administrators, surveillance physician, laboratory technologists, health managers of surveillance sites
7. Supervised by focal person and report to him in monthly basis
8. Perform any other duties assigned by Director, IEDCR.

B. Payment

Monthly salary will be BD Tk. 40,250/= (BD-Taka Forty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty)

C.     Qualification requirement

Four-year Bachelor’s degree on Medical Technology discipline from any recognized institute/university

D.    Experience:

·         At least 3 (three) years working experience in public health field

·         Professional work experience in Bangladesh Government organization or any International NGO is preferable.

Age limit: <40 years (in case of experience it might be relaxed)
