Relationship Executive

ØGather leads from the internal database, references and external market to build a database of potential customers; conduct field visits to meet potential customers.
Ø Manage relationships with existing customers as well as establish relationships with new customers; cross-sell products wherever possible.
Ø Achieve the agreed individual 'sales targets (assets, deposits, collections) while ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
Ø Plan and organize sales with the help of Line Managers and other stakeholders to achieve his/ her individual sales targets.
Ø Work with the customers directly by way of telephonic interactions and in-person visits to ensure that repayments come in as per schedule; ensure overdue minimum and escalate major deviations to the management.
Ø Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and deal with customer queries effectively; aspire to achieve zero complaint rate.
Ø Maintain strict control of confidential documents to prevent loss or misuse.
Ø Be aware of competitors' products and services; position the Bank's key differentiators and value proposition accordingly to potential customers.

* Educational Requirement: Minimum post Graduation in any subject
* Age Limit: Max 30 Years .

Monthly Gross Salary: BDT. 24,000 + Commission
