Job Context

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will be looking after the client operations as well as internal Administrative issues 


Job Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate closely with designated Relationship Managers (RMs), maintaining continuous communication channels to effectively oversee and address all operational inquiries, challenges, and requirements toward achieving operational objectives.
  2. Ensuring operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
  3. Ensuring all legal (labor law) and regulatory requirements; documents are filed and monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
  4. Conduct frequent on-site visits to clients' locations to assess operations firsthand, identify areas for improvement, and ensure seamless service execution.
  5. Manage administrative tasks within the office premises, including but not limited to coordinating scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of internal stakeholders to support operational efficiency and meet client expectations.
  6. Report to senior management and evaluate the efficiency of the business and its operations.

Academic Qualification

Education Level: Bachelor/ Honors
Education Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Education Major: Marketing
