The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the sales team of the partner banks with insurance product selling, providing support to ensure smooth customer service, and providing on-the-job training on the insurance products to achieve the sales target. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing support on the digital sales support tools.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide first-line insurance specialist support to assigned branches for sales management, information support and first-line training requirements.
· Follow up and mitigate product and sales process-related queries of banks’ banca sales personnel.
· Engage in problem-solving and resolving sales process-related queries to the sales team.
· Coordinate closely with the assigned sales team to ensure business achievements
· Build relationships with the Bancassurance sales team of the branches of the partner banks
· Act as the first point of query contact for the branches assigned
Additional Info
Essential Experience and Skills:
· 3-5 years’ experience in sales roles. Experience in consultative selling will be an added advantage.
· Experience in Banks/Financial institutes is preferred.

Academic Qualification:
