A multinational telecommunication is  looking for SCM -Executive . As an SCM Executive - Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in the Supply Chain Management function, specifically focusing on sourcing activities. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the efficient and effective sourcing of materials and services to meet the company's operational needs.

As an SCM Executive - Sourcing you will be responsible for:

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.

·         Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

·         Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

·         Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and evaluate market trends.

·         Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

·         Implement cost-effective sourcing strategies without compromising quality and reliability.

·         Create material, Supplier registration, PR validation in procurement system

·         Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including tracking deliveries, and managing supplier performance.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

·         Identify and mitigate potential risks related to the supply chain, including geopolitical, economic, and environmental factors.

·         Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions.

What are the qualifications and skills required for an SCM Executive - Sourcing?

An SCM Executive - Sourcing should have the following qualifications and skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

·         2-3 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

·         Strong negotiation and communication skills.

·         Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

·         Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Emptoris etc.).

·         Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.

·         Experience in Telecommunication sector will be considered as an advantage.
