Job Context

A multinational telecommunication is looking for Executive-(Brand),to increase brand engagement internally and externally and increase brand visibility. 

 


Job Responsibilities

 

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand's values and objectives.

·         Conduct research to understand industry trends, target audience preferences, and relevant topics related to carbon neutrality, ESG, and sustainability.

·         Assist in planning and ideation of creative content across various formats, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and social media posts.

·         Create engaging and informative digital content that resonates with our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

·         Generate written content such as blog articles that provide insights into our industry, sustainability efforts, and corporate initiatives.

·         Design visually appealing graphics for online use, including infographics and banners.

·         Assist in producing and editing videos that convey our company's story and commitment to sustainability.

·         Craft compelling social media posts to drive engagement and interaction across platforms.

·         Collaborate with the team to measure the performance of digital content using relevant analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.

·         Understand the concepts of carbon neutrality, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and sustainability, and integrate these principles into the content creation process.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

A. Academic Qualification:

·         Currently pursuing a degree in [relevant field, e.g., Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies] or equivalent practical experience.

B. Knowledge & Skills:

·         Excellent time management and organizational skills

·         Ability to work in a pressurized environment

 

 

C. Working Experience:

0-1 years of working experience in related field

               Basic understanding of carbon neutrality, ESG, and sustainability concepts.

               Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.

               Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

               A portfolio or examples of past digital content creation work is highly encouraged.

 

Preferred Technical Skills

 

Video editing software: The Specialist should be familiar with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other similar tools to record, edit, and produce professional-quality videos.

 

Graphic design skills: Having graphic design skills, such as proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, can be beneficial for creating visually appealing content and enhancing the overall quality of digital materials.

 

Multimedia tools: The Specialist should have a good understanding of multimedia tools and technologies to create different forms of content, such as social media posts, newsletters, and presentations.

 

Internal communication platforms: Knowledge of internal communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, or other similar tools would be necessary to collaborate with stakeholders and manage communication plans.

 

Audio editing software: The Specialist should also be proficient in audio editing software, such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or other similar tools to record and edit audio for podcasts or other audio-based content.

               Familiarity with various digital media platforms and their respective best practices.

               Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
