Job Context

To ensure and provide HR services to one of reputed telecommunication industry by managing and supporting Partner resources. Also ensure F&S services to company including vehicle management, employee pick drop, office renovation, maintenance, cleaning, etc. at the highest level of customer satisfaction as per company objectives.


Job Responsibilities

 

1.    Ensure air tickets, accommodation, visa, work permit for local and group level management as per company policy/entitlement. Timely process of vendor payments through appointed travel agent

2.    Coordinate and arrange work permit, visa, visa extension, security clearance for expat through appointed agency.

3.     Maintain database of all employee mobile, data and pool phone and update time to time.

4.     Manage employee mobile bill, data SIM and pool phone as per company policy, process monthly bill for payment in schedule time.

5.     Maintain database of all travel related support and prepare monthly report.

6.     Organize internal and external event as such employee night, family day, Iftar program in collaboration with HR team.

7.     Sourcing and developing all kind of relevant suppliers and service providers for HR services department according to companies’ business needs in collaboration with SCM team.

8.     Ensure timely procurement of all kinds of office stationaries, groceries, drinking water, letter head pad, envelop and timely distributed to support staffs/office assistants for effective implementation.

9.     Ensure housekeeping, support staff and relevant vendor management for Office.

10.  Prepare BP, BC, monthly report on HR services, approval note, all vendor payment process.

Additional Info

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 

a.       Graduation from reputed institution

b.       03 years of working experience with exposure in F&S/Admin or relevant services

c.       Ability to work as a part of a Team.
