Customer Service Officer

Be at the forefront of Bangladesh's MFS (Mobile Financial Services) industry! We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Specialists to join our team under an E-Zone contract.

- Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints, suggesting effective solutions
- Maintain and update the call center database accurately
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries and issues, engaging potential clients by providing relevant information about offerings

Salary Range: BDT. 14,000/- to 16,000/-

Salary Increment: Annually

Festival Bonus: Twice a year

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player with proficient MS Word and MS Excel abilities, capable of handling pressure
