Job Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints, suggesting effective solutions
- Maintain and update the call center database accurately
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries and issues, engaging potential clients by providing relevant information about offerings
Compensation and Other Benefits
Salary Range: BDT. 14,000/- to 16,000/-
Salary Increment: Annually
Festival Bonus: Twice a year
