Job Description:

Provide relevant data and analysis to the mail management (Dispatch) team
throughout the supply chain.
•
Direct and follow-up with incoming and outgoing products to ensure delivery to
customers.
•
Planning and tracking the products according to customer requirements.
•
Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
•
Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
•
Prepare regular reports on daily handled cases & issues.
•
Organize & deliver important and confidential company documents.
•
Answer queries by employees, clients & service providers.
•
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Arrange
special service for urgent delivery with communicated service provider &
customers.
•
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
•
Direct customers to online resources.
•
Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions.
• Pitch
ideas for improving customer care.
•
Create and maintain reports about customer interactions.
