Job Overview:
E-Zone HRM Limited seeks a motivated IT Executive to join our IT Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing, maintaining, and supporting our company's IT infrastructure. The IT Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our technology systems, contributing to the organization's overall success.

Job Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
· Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, ensuring optimal performance and security.
· Monitor network and server performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime.
· Provide technical support to internal users, promptly addressing IT-related queries and concerns.
· Assist in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
· Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.
· Conduct regular backups of critical data and perform data recovery as needed.
· Maintain Digital Archive from hardcopy by Scanning.
