A multinational telecommunication company is hiring a Coordinator for their Medical Center department. Please submit your CV if you believe you, are the right candidate. Coordinator will be responsible in administering employees’ immediate health care need and implement all medical service activities for all employees in the Office.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide
consultations to employees regarding mental and physical wellbeing.
2. Coordinate
health awareness session once a month with medical specialists.
3. Conduct
tower climber health checkup at designated time yearly.
4. Coordinate,
supervise and evaluate medical service activities of subordinate with giving
safe and efficient procedures.
5. Coordinate
and execute all medical service activities with relevant persons to ensure
smooth and effectiveness of the medical service.
6. Assess
and determine the health status of the employee, which includes recommendation
like sent home or back to work.
7. Prepare
list of medicines/medical kits as necessary to ensure availability of all
medical supplies.
8. Monitor
and control the record of medical supply usage with time-to-time ordering of
appropriate medicines and supplies.
9. Maintain
of medical equipment to ensure safe, clean and continuous operable condition.
10. Coordinate
and execute all relevant medical service on accident or normal condition.
Appropriate responses and recommendation are required to prevent and maintain
safe and health work.
11. Attend
and monitor the employee in patient on Medical Corner room.
12. Organize
improvements in all medical service procedure to ensure safer and more
efficient.
Attend phone calls from employees for medical consultation.
Academic
Qualification:

MBBS
Graduate
Skills & Abilities required:
Intermediate knowledge and understanding of technical, operation, administrative principles and procedures of medical clinical
· Intermediate
knowledge and understanding of all facets of medical practice, and medical care
·
Intermediate
knowledge and understanding of the maintenance and operation of medical
facilities
·
Ability
to provide direct medical care and consultation to patients
·
Ability
to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees
·
Ability
to supervise and train assigned employee including organizing, and prioritizing
work assignment
· Strong
interpersonal and communication skills
·
Have
good supervisory skill
Good command in English
·
Working Experience: More than 1 year of
experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities as Physician
