Responsibilities:

1.Conducting Engaging Training Sessions: Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality training sessions on Full Stack Web Development, covering topics such as Django, React, front-end and back-end development, databases, Al, ML, and other relevant technologies.

2. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and update the existing boot camp curriculum, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

3. Hands-on Projects: Design and supervise hands-on projects that challenge students to apply their knowledge and skills to real-world scenarios, fostering a deeper understanding of the technologies being taught.

4. Student Support and Guidance: Provide mentors- hip and support to students throughout their learning journey, addressing their questions, providing feedback on their projects, and guiding them to overcome challenges

5. Evaluation and Assessment: Develop and conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to measure students' progress and ensure the effectiveness of the training program.

6. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of advancements in web development, Al, ML, and related technologies, and incorporate relevant updates into the training content.

7. Collaborate with Peers: Collaborate with other trainers and team members to share knowledge, best practices, and continuously improve the overall quality of the training program.

8. Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong connections with industry professionals, attending relevant conferences and workshops, and exploring potential partnerships to enhance students' exposure to the industry.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Web Development, with expertise in Django and React.

2. Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, with practical experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in web applications

3. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Django, React, and RESTful APIs.

4. Proven track record of conducting technical training sessions, workshops, or boot camps, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire learners.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

6. Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a genuine interest in helping students achieve their learning goals.

7. Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

9. Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional design is a plus.
