Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and support banking operations at branches and/or Head Office
• Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations, and internal policies
• Assist in operational, administrative, and business functions as required

Key Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal, multitasking, and marketing skills
• Smart appearance with a pleasant personality
• Ability to work under pressure

Minimum Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any subject/discipline with at least one First Class/Division or equivalent CGPA/GPA and no Third Class/Division or equivalent result at any level of education

Service Terms & Conditions:

• Candidates for Junior Officer (On Probation) will be confirmed in the respective grade upon successful completion of a one-year probation period, in accordance with Bank policy
• Selected candidates must execute a bond to serve the Bank for a minimum of 05 (five) years from the date of confirmation
• All other terms and conditions will be applicable as per Bank Policy
