We are looking for candidates to work as "Junior Officer" for a renowned Mobile Financial Organization under E-Zone contract.
Job Responsibilities
· Online Media Monitoring- Preparation of database on suspicious online links reported by AML&CFT officers in the concerned WhatsApp group.
· Media Link Validation- Verify links are authentic, relevant, non-duplicate, and from credible sources.
· Content Review and Relevance Assessment- Review media content to substantiate allegations/suspicious activity.
· Data Extraction from Media Content- Extract bKash involvement from suspicious links.
· Allegation Categorization- Categorize the type of (e.g., fraud, scam, illegal gambling, sexual exploitation, misuse of MFS, etc.).
· Media Base Update and Documentation- Upload validated and relevant media items into the designated media database/base in the approved format.
· Flag cases for investigation and Check data consistency
· Review and quality assurance of FCA evidence (audio/video/image), approximately 3,000 FCA cases per month, submitted through AML360, to ensure overall FCA quality standards.
· Review of EDD and IRM observations, including data entry and provision of qualitative feedback.
· Daily, officer-wise FCA count tracking, consolidation into monthly summaries, and report generation for follow-up by Line Manager.
· Categorization of Special FCA raw data based on non-compliance types, incorporating feedback received from regional officers.
· Tracking, verification, and compilation of feedback related to Manual EDD, POSM verification, and Media Screening.
· Review of EDD and IRM observations, including data entry and provision of qualitative feedback.
· Preparation of monthly FCA activity monitoring reports using AML360 data.
Compensation and Other Benefits
- Salary: BDT. 20,000/-
- 2 Festival Bonuses annually (Subject to eligibility)
