Job Context

E-Zone HRM is inviting applications for the position of “Officer, Transport” for a renowned Mobile Financial organization.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Vehicle allocation and dispatch coordination
  2. Manage and monitor the fleet hotline to ensure prompt response and support.
  3. Real-time tracking and monitoring of vehicle movements
  4. Monthly basis bill check considering Logbook, toll & parking claims, driver over time, tour allowance & daily allowance – each and every month 200(+) number of vehicle log book shall be checked to process monthly vehicle bills.
  5. Monthly vehicle wise cost comparison report
  6. Issue tracker management and reporting – Tracking and reporting considering any issue or occurrence that needs to be reported to get a total operational overview.
  7. Vehicle attendance report preparation
  8. Idle vehicle checks and report preparation
  9. Emergency vehicle arrangement and response
  10. Maintain documentation of all incidents and accident reports
  11. Vehicle usages report preparation
  12. Maintaining liaison with different internal and external stakeholders
  13. Vehicle misusages monitoring and reporting
  14. Monitoring all pool vehicle
  15. Assist to maintain VMS/VTS system
  16. Any other job assigned

Compensation and Other Benefits

·         Salary Range: BDT 25,000/- to 30,000/-

·         Salary Increment: Annually

·         Festival Bonus: Two (2) per year (Subject to eligibility)

·         Festival Holiday Work Compensation: Three (3) times the daily salary for each day worked

·         Government Holiday Work Compensation: BDT 2,000 for each day worked

Additional Info

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Hours: 9 Hours (24/7 Roster Basis)


Special Instructions

Experience: 2-3 years in corporate or Transport Management field will be an added advantage

 

Essential Skills:

            1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

            2. Prior knowledge on maintaining a large-scale fleet

            3. Ability to work under pressure

            4. Computer skill – MS Office (MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Emailing)

            5. Team Player
