Civil Engineer (Interior Works)

We are a reputed HR consultancy firm working on behalf of a leading organization in Bangladesh. Currently, we are hiring for the position of Civil Engineer (Interior Works)

The organization follows a well-structured and organized work process to ensure the best outcomes for its clients and projects. The process begins with verifying project specifications and reviewing the bill of quantities. Based on this, material rates are presented along with alternative cost-effective solutions when required.

Product specialists evaluate the selected materials considering project budget, timeline, and site conditions. During production, a dedicated quality control team monitors each stage to ensure high standards and minimal errors. The organization also provides mobilization, logistics, and after-sales support to ensure smooth project completion and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (for B.Sc. Engineers) or 4 years’ experience (for Diploma Engineers) in interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials (Gypsum, Metal Works, Wood Works, Tiles, Paint, Glass, etc.)
• Experience in site supervision, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and material take-off
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and ensure execution as per specification
• Experience in coordinating with architects, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera/MS Project will be an advantage)
• Experience in commercial or hospitality projects will be preferred
