Digital Ambassador

E-Zone HRM is currently hiring for the position of “Digital Ambassador” for a renowned Private Commercial Bank.

 Assisting customers with Astha app onboarding

 Helping customers to make all types of transfers (RTGS / NPSB / BEFTN) through Astha app

 Debit card / Credit card / Cheque Book activation

 Guiding customers about features of Astha Sheba like changing static data, activating email OTP, any kind of Bill payment, mobile wallet transfer through Astha App)

 FDR/DPS opening and closing

 Tax Certificate download / upload

 Travel Quota on / off

 Get customers feedback / complain digitally

 Collecting documents for account openings through the AOF process

 Informing customers about our products and services

 Assisting customers in obtaining their desired services from the branch

 Handling any official additional tasks assigned by BM/BOM/other officers

Salary: BDT. 24,000/-
