Job Context

The Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Content Business partners. The role focuses on merchant communication, campaign execution, platform engagement, and business growth initiatives to drive higher usage, retention, and overall partner satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in digital content ecosystems and online payment dynamics.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities


• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day merchant queries, issues, and support needs, while building strong, long-term partnerships.
• Understand merchant business models, engagement patterns, and operational challenges to offer relevant support and business solutions.
• Share product updates, features, and platform enhancements to ensure merchants are well-informed and empowered.

• Support merchants in designing and executing payment-driven campaigns, subscription initiatives, and promotional activities to increase transactions and user engagement.
• Track campaign performance, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics) to ensure smooth execution and performance monitoring of merchant campaigns.
• Drive merchant growth by encouraging adoption of new payment features, tools, and partnership opportunities.


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in professional business communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Interest in digital content businesses such as Gaming, OTT, Quiz platforms, Ed-Tech, and online payment ecosystems.
• Basic understanding of digital campaigns, merchant operations, or online content platforms (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple merchants, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on merchant satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Compensation and Other Benefits

  •  Salary: BDT 40,000/month
  • Incentives: Up to BDT 20,000/month based on performance
  • 2 Festival Bonuses
  • Travel Allowance
  • Night Stay Allowance (if applicable)
