We are looking for candidates to work as “Executive” for a renowned Private Commercial Bank under E-Zone contract.
Job Responsibilities
· Achieve the agreed individual sales target (asset, liabilities & cards) and ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
· Identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
· Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business and ensure retention of business.
· Executing effective cross selling & upselling strategies to maximize customer value.
· Collect other KYC documents and related documents for processing application for banking products or services.
· Utilization of multiple digital platforms to support regular BAU activities.
· Ensure consistently high levels of customer experience and deal with customer queries effectively, escalate complex problems, to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in line the with Bank’s service quality standards.
· Follow up aggressively with defaulting customers to ensure PAR & NPL rates are as per defined norms of the Bank.
Compensation and Other Benefits
Salary: BDT. 24,000/- + Commission
