Executive, Retail Collection & SAM Recovery

We are hiring candidates to work as “Executive, Retail Collection & SAM Recovery” for a renowned Private Commercial Bank under E-Zone contract.

 To ensure errorless monitoring to irregular/delinquent customer of retail loans & Credit cards of respective bucket as per PPG of collection in view of regularizing the repayment.

 Control forward flows rates and ensure maximum backward flow/ Regularization in terms of No. of A/C's & volume.

 To understand own collection target and make sure achievement based on given target

 Collect the due amount from the customer within the prescribed time period

 Update all correspondences/monitoring report of default customers in discipline manner

 To ensure quality customer’s service through meet up overdue related quarries

 Communicate with delinquent borrowers, borrower’s family members and guarantors through over phone, physical visit.   

 Arrange and execute Single/group visit to hardcore customers.   

 Ensure ‘No customer complaint’ environment.

 Salary: BDT. 24,000 + Commission
