We are a reputed HR consultancy firm working on behalf of a leading digital financial service organization in Bangladesh. Currently, we are hiring for the position of Junior Officer, Government Partnership.
The role involves supporting government partnership initiatives, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, assisting in documentation and reporting, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external government bodies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of government processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities
· Acquire and onboard new government clients.
· Maintain strong relationships with regional government offices to support new client acquisition as well as ongoing account management.
· Lead negotiations and manage the onboarding process for new projects.
· Build and manage relationships with regional offices to drive customer acquisition and ensure effective account management.
· Provide operational support to government officials for the successful execution of disbursement programs.
· Deliver on-demand client support, including data organization, report submission, and coordination of activities.
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of the working culture and processes of Bangladesh government offices, adapting practices to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Compensation and Other Benefits
· Gross Salary: BDT 28,000/month
· Incentives: Up to BDT 20,000/month based on performance
