Job Context

E-Zone HRM Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive in  HR Operations department to support day-to-day HR activities, including payroll, employee database management, documentation, and coordination of HR processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and passionate about people operations.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Clients Project.
  • Manage HR reports and prepare analytics for management decision-making.
  • Computes employee take-home pay based on times records, benefits and taxes.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast for future hiring needs.
  • Calculating employees AIT & deduct proportionately from monthly salary.
  • Keep record of employees leave such as maternity, casual, sick etc.
  • Prepare Payroll Reconciliation Report, prepare pay slip & share with the staffs.
  • Prepare invoice & VAT payment processing & regular update Payment status
  • Track and maintain employee files, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Review and ensure compliance with employee contracts and agreements.
  • Manage employee separations, including exit interviews and final settlements
  • Manage payroll activities, including salary disbursement, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity Fund (GF), and Employee Other Benefits
  • Maintaining the HRIS database and ensuring its up-to-date accuracy.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Facilitating the ID card issuance process.
  • Establishing strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Issuing essential documents such as pay slips, NOCs, salary certificates and other letters.
  • Coordinate with finance & accounts teams for payroll and invoice processing.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies during all HR operations

Special Instructions

1.Minimum Bachelor's / master’s degree from a reputable university .

2. The ideal candidate must have a sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and possess strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth HR operations.
