Business Development Manager

We are inviting applications for the role of “Business Development Manager” to be deployed at a reputed private commercial bank under E-Zone contract.

·         Collect Titas Gas and other utility bill payments from assigned corporate and zonal offices as per schedule.

·         Ensure all collections are made via cheque or fund transfer, maintaining full compliance with bank policies and regulations.

·         Maintain accurate records of collections, deposits, and reconciliations, and report daily status and discrepancies to the Line Manager.

·         Coordinate with branch, corporate, and local Titas Gas offices to ensure smooth collection operations and quick issue resolution.

·         Monitor collection performance, identify new collection opportunities, and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and fee-based income.

·         Safeguard confidentiality of all client and transaction information while strengthening the bank's brand presence.

• Salary Range: BDT. 20,000/- to 24,000/-

Job Location: Narayanganj & Gazipur

[Note: Candidates must have a motorcycle driving license and own a motorcycle]

• Proven experience in cash handling, cheque collection, or banking operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computers and common office software (MS Office).
• Motorcycle driving license holders are preferred.
• Ability to travel within the assigned locations (Narayanganj & Gazipur).
