Job Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Territory Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the distribution business expansion and management.

You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with Agents, resolving any issues or complaints, and driving Transactions, Customer Registration, and promoting a Portfolio of Agent-Assisted Services.


Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance of the Distribution House and Field Force through continuous evaluation and performance management processes.
  • Monitor market activity and gather Business Insights through Market Visits & Data-Driven Analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective Route plans & Visit Plans for regular Agent visits to optimize coverage and engagement.
  • Develop existing channels and scope out new opportunities by expanding the Distribution Channel through Agent onboarding.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and training of new Agents to effectively utilize the wide portfolio of Agent Assisted Solutions (Cash In/Cash Out, Customer Registration, Bill Payment, Savings, etc.)
  • Ensure high visibility of Agent Services through deployment & monitoring of Trade Merchandizing Officers and effective POSM management.
  • Oversee the resolution of Retailer & Distributor Issues and Complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Conduct regular Market Visits to gather qualitative feedback on Market activity and Competition.
  • Function as a Territory Liaison, with other Business Pillars to help coordinate and execute Projects, Campaigns, and other initiatives from bKash


Compensation and Other Benefits

  •  Salary: BDT 40,000/month
  • Incentives: Up to BDT 20,000/month based on performance

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in business administration, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum 0-2 years of prior working experience in the relevant field 
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Distribution Business Domain
  • Strong understanding of business processes, customer support, and dispute resolution
  • Sound Communication Skills in both English & Bengali
  • Knowledge of Financial Products, MFS Industry, and its Regulation/Directives
  • Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suit and advanced MS Excel user
