Now they are looking for an Executive, Medical Affairs, Bangladesh Office.
As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our treatment and services of Mount Elizabeth Hospitals to our local doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals and other potential partners. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community while achieving business targets.The recruit must maintain relationship with the followings:
1. Network of referring doctors and hospitals
2. Patients and various specialists
Job Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
•Promote our treatment and services to healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
•Build and maintain positive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcareprofessionals. Arrange CMEs with local Drs and Hospitals.
•Provide treatment and services information and education to healthcare professionalsthrough presentations, meetings, and events.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase business and market share.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identifyopportunities and threats.
•Achieve business targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
•Prepare and submit accurate business reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasksin a timely manner.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, andbusiness management to develop and implement effective business strategies.
•Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirementsthrough continuous learning and training.
Key Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Business Administration, orrelated field.
•Proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry or relatedfields.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a strong focuson achieving business targets.
•Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
