E-Zone HRM is currently seeking candidates to work as “Receptionist” for a renowned Private Commercial Bank under E-Zone contract.
Job Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers and visitors professionally.
* Answer general inquiries from clients and direct them to appropriate departments.
* Respond to incoming calls, messages, emails and other communication channels as required.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages.
* Monitor visitor access and maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed by guests and staff entering the premises.
* Coordinate with bank departments to facilitate internal communication.
* Any additional tasks assigned by the team leader.
Compensation and Other Benefits
Salary: BDT. 22,000/-
