Job Context

E-zone HRM Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive, Finance & Accounts to join our growing team! The Sr. Executive, Finance & Accounts will manage long term benefits i.e., PF & GF operations, including data handling, investments, and settlements. Responsibilities include audit coordination, RJSC compliance, and communication with audit firms. The role also supports iVAT software maintenance and actuarial valuations. Strong financial skills and 3–5 years of relevant experience are essential.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Trust Fund Management (Provident Fund & Gratuity Fund)

  • Collect contribution data from project employees’ salaries
  • Update master files and Tally with contribution records
  • Handle final settlements and issue PF certificates immediately after discontinuation of membership
  • Invest accumulated funds in approved financial institutions
  • Liquidate matured FDRs in a timely manner
  • Provide detailed reports on contributions, maturity, and investments to audit firms
  • Reconcile monthly accounts with Tally and bank records

 

2. Audit Coordination

  • Assist in planning and conducting internal and external audits
  • Ensure timely submission of required documentation
  • Address audit queries and implement recommendations
  • Maintain professional communication with external auditors
  • Coordinate schedules, share financial data, and resolve discrepancies

 

3. RJSC Compliance

  • Prepare and submit statutory filings to RJSC
  • Maintain updated records of corporate filings and resolutions

 

5. iVAT Software Development & Maintenance

  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to develop and maintain VAT software
  • Ensure accurate VAT reporting and compliance with NBR regulations

 

6. Actuarial Valuation

  • Coordinate with actuaries for periodic valuation of employee benefit obligations
  • Provide necessary data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

 

Educational & Professional Qualifications

Academic Degree

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Professional Certification (Preferred)

CA (CC), CMA (Intermediate), ACCA (Skill Level)

Diploma (Optional)

Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management or Taxation

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in HRM, audit, or fund management sectors

Software Proficiency

Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, iVAT, and financial reporting tools

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of trust fund regulations and financial instruments
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of RJSC procedures and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Strong grasp of FRC guidelines and full regulatory compliance requirements
