Digital Ambassador

E-Zone HRM is currently hiring for the position of “Digital Ambassador” for a renowned Private Commercial Bank.

Ø  Assisting customers with Astha app onboarding

Ø  Helping customers to make all types of transfers (RTGS / NPSB / BEFTN) through Astha app

Ø  Debit card / Credit card / Cheque Book activation

Ø  Guiding customers about features of Astha Sheba like changing static data, activating email OTP, any kind of Bill payment, mobile wallet transfer through Astha App)

Ø  FDR / DPS opening and closing

Ø  Tax Certificate download / upload

Ø  Travel Quota on / off

Ø  Get customers feedback / complain digitally

Ø  Collecting documents for account openings through the AOF process

Ø  Informing customers about our products and services

Ø  Assisting customers in obtaining their desired services from the branch

Ø  Handling any official additional tasks assigned by BM/BOM/other officers

Salary: BDT. 24,000/-

Working Days & Hours: As per Banking working days & hours

Age Limit: Up to 30 Years
