Job Responsibilities
✅ Warmly welcome and guide customers at the branch
✅ Assist with digital tools (e-KYC, app, kiosks, etc.)
✅ Ensure a positive and professional lobby experience
✅ Work closely with branch teams to maintain service excellence
✅ Submit daily MIS, feedback & reports to supervisors
