Job Context

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service for a leading Mobile Financial Service (MFS) provider.


Job Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving concerns

- Address and resolve customer complaints, offering practical solutions

- Maintain accurate records within the call center database

- Assist clients with product and service-related inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

- Engage prospective customers with clear, comprehensive information about our services and products


Compensation and Other Benefits

Salary Range: BDT. 14,000 to 16,000

Salary Increment: Annually 

Festival Bonus: Twice a year (Subject to eligibility)

Work Nature: Desk Job under Customer Service Division

Openings: Multiple

Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka

Working Days & Hours: Rotational Shifts / Roster Duty (6 Days a Week)

Shift Timings:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

(Transportation services will be provided for Morning and Evening Shifts)

- Age limit: Up to 30 years
