Director, Product Research & International Market Development

E-Zone HRM Limited is looking for a seasoned professional to work on our footwear/leather efficiency development consulting project in Bangladesh. This role will lead innovation, systems transformation, and training & development and guide the development of international market for the leather sector as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research “Right Product” for the international market 
• Build sourcing strategies & vendor performance scorecards
• Standardize SOPs for upper, bottom & component engineering
• Collaborate with global QA & labs to ensure brand compliance
• Collaborate with international buyers to facilitate right products for the right market
• Lead ERP/MIS systems for product lifecycle improvement & management
• Train the trainers on sourcing, international market, QA & sustainability

Key Qualifications

• Diploma in Leather/Footwear Technology with BBA/MBA preferred
• 10+ years in product ops, sourcing & development, preferably in international footwear sourcing company
• Preference will be given to candidate with significant experience in operating within overseas markets
• Strong multicultural leadership & international network with footwear buyers
• SATRA leather certification and certificate in Export management
• Fluent in English; Chinese a plus

Travel: Up to 30% within Bangladesh and overseas
