Admission open for the apprenticeship program
Nestlé Bangladesh PLC, a subsidiary of Nestlé S.A. Switzerland, started its operation in Bangladesh in the year 1994.
Currently admission is open for the apprenticeship program at our factory as per below requirements:
Position: Apprentice
Generally, the duration of the apprentice program will be one year, and trainees will be paid only fixed stipend. Nestlé Bangladesh reserves the right to offer & recruit qualified trainees based on vacancy & requirement.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
§ Efficient machine operation.
§ Effective cleaning of plant.
§ Line Maintenance activities.
§ Material handling activities & packing.
§ Provide improvement ideas.
§ Performing roster wise duty in three shifts including night shift and Line operation.
§ Any other responsibilities assigned by Line Manager.
Academic Qualification

Qualification:
§ Minimum SSC with GPA 3.5 is required.
§ Minimum 2 Years of Trade Course in Mechanical/Electrical or relevant background from a govt. authorized technical institute is required.
§ Good understanding in machine operation.
§ Good understanding in assembling and dis-assembling of machines.
§ Good oral and written communication abilities.
Experience:
Freshers or Candidates with relevant experience of around 1 years at any industry are encouraged to apply.
