A. Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Master degree/ post-graduation in Microbiology / Virology from any reputed Medical College/University 

B. Experience:

·         Have at least three (3) years of experience working on projects related to Microbiology or Virology and strengthening diagnostic networks/laboratories.

·         Proven ability to act as a technical expert for new technologies laboratory community.

·         Ability to work in a complex project implementation environment, with multiple tasks, short lead times and intense performance pressure.

·         Proven experience in coaching and supervising the strengthening of laboratory services and training in quality improvement approaches.

·         Good knowledge of the use of data to improve laboratory programs, particularly with respect to LMIS reporting and functionality.

·         Excellent facilitation, team building and coordination skills.

·         Strong programming, management, technical and critical thinking skills to facilitate program implementation.

·         Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.

·         Knowledge of strengthening laboratories to achieve international quality standards, in particular in relation to ISO 15189 and/or SLMTA/SLIPTA or country standards. 

C. Payment:

Microbiologist will get BDT 1,24,080/= (One Lakh Twenty-Four Thousand Eighty.) including tax
