Reporting to: Programme Manager

A.    Required Educational Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·         A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CCNA, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL) will be an advantage.

B.    Experience:

●        1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

●        Experience in network troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, and system maintenance.

●        Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), database management, and cyber security best practices.

●        Familiarity with cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and helpdesk support.

●        Working experience in Public Health Program will be given preference.

C.     Payment:

Each Assistant IT Officer will get BDT - 1,02,602/= (BD Taka – One Lakh Two Thousand Six Hundred and Two) (Taxable)
