A leading Insurance company looking for an work enthusiastic to join their company . She will perform various administrative tasks updating and maintaining information on our company databases and computer systems to support their project.
To succeed in this role, she should provide administrative support and organize work. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing, an eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. She will collaborate with employees from different teams, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:
- Coordinate with Business team and HR team for the Business related issues.
- Liaison and coordination with Group officials and CEO's direct reports.
- PowerPoint Presentation
- Draft correspondence, managing agenda and preparing materials for meetings.
- Email handling
- Coordinate with management team & other departments.
- Organize / coordinate travel service management including visa documentation &
processing, airlines, hotel accommodation etc.
- Arranging daily schedule for CEO.
- Undertake related filing, record keeping, documentation and office management.
- Maintaining the filing system of company affairs, agreement with agents
Special Instructions
Additional Qualification: MUST be fluent in English speaking and writing and highly proficiencies in Microsoft Office
