Junior Officer, FDM

We are looking for candidates to work as 'Junior Officer, FDM' for a renowned Mobile Financial Organization under E-Zone contract.

- Check every fraud complain live and also follow the fraud transaction and transaction pattern and block the accounts in subsequent layer to retrieve the fraudulent amount 
- Give resolution for every fraud complain within the Due time
- Submit reports to subsequent teams for processing reimbursement
- Database management for prior involvement numbers
- To check the complaints, requests and queries from portals and Other Reliable References following the assigned timeline
- Analyze the complaints and assign the tasks to team members for generating reports for reimbursing fraud amount
- Provide analysis support to mitigate risk
- Preparing Letters and Bonds for customers who are eligible for the process of reimbursement as well as Alleged accounts for business transparency

Salary Range: BDT 18,000 - 20,000

Salary Increment: Annually

Festival Bonus: Twice a year (Subject to Eligibility)

• Proficiency in both written and oral communication in English and Bangla
• Strong analytical skills
