Job Responsibilities
A. Scope of Services:
Under the guidance of Line Director, CDC, DGHS and Supervised by Deputy Program Manager, Malaria Elimination Program, Directorate General of Health Services, the Finance Officer will provide the following supports:
- Provide support to strengthen monitoring and evaluation system of the project
- Participate and contribute to the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation framework of the project
- Under the guidance of Program Operations Advisor, other relevant program personnel and implementing partners, strengthen, harmonize and standardize the data collection, analysis and reporting system as per the program indicators
- Support to strengthen regular review process of field activities to evaluate the utilization and impact of ongoing monitoring tools in order to measure improvement of program quality, giving feedback to field level and other implementing partners, as appropriate
- Check and validate all M&E related data and information related to the project
- Support to prepare accurate and quality reports
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Compensation and Other Benefits
B. Payment:
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant will get BDT 88,103 per month (BD-Taka Eighty Eight Thousand One Hundred Three)
C. Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s in Public Health/Management/Information System
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant field; however, experience may be relaxed for candidates who have working experience with The Global Fund grants;
- Experience in working with Government will be an added advantage;
- E-communication skill for this position is essential;
- Competency in integrated software-based accounting system with excellent knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Good written, spoken communication skill in English is essential
