DATA MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT 

Duty Station:  IEDCR

Contract Duration: 10 Months.

 Reporting to:  Director, IEDCR

A. Scope of services

1.      Data entry and data management

2.      Visit to anywhere of the country as per need

3.      Accompany outbreak investigation team to support data collection and data management

4.      Help in preparation of report

5.      Arrangement of consultative meetings and workshops as required.

6.      Record and maintenance of meeting minutes and records of the project activities 

7.      Assist to develop Strategy, Guideline, SOP and work plan according to the recommendations

8.      Perform any other duties assigned by Director, IEDCR.

B. Payment

Monthly salary will be BD Tk. 43,700/= (BD-Taka Forty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred).

C.     Qualification requirement

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University.

D.    Experience:

·         At least 3 (three) years working experience in public health & relevant field

·         Work requires the extensive use of Basic Computer skills

·         Experience in data entry and data management

·         Professional work experience in Bangladesh Government organization or any International NGO is preferable.

Age limit: <40 years (in case of experience it might be relaxed)
