To improve productivity, streamline procedures, and promote operational excellence, we are looking for an industrial engineer that is driven and meticulous. Currently E-Zone HRM Limited hiring Industrial Engineer for a reputed Leather goods manufacturer in Bangladesh.

Key Responsibilities:

·         To improve productivity and efficiency, assess and examine manufacturing procedures, workflows, and layouts.

·         Create and put into practice Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and other approaches to continuous improvement.

·         To find inefficient or wasteful regions, gather, evaluate, and interpret data.

·         Create simulations and models to enhance decision-making and forecast process results.

·         Create project budgets, schedules, and strategies. Track project performance using important indicators.

·         Create and set up facility layouts to maximize throughput, materials, and available space.

·         Suggest and support the installation and selection of new equipment.

·         Make ensuring that labor, supplies, and equipment are used efficiently.

·         To accomplish operational objectives, set work standards and production targets.

·         Verify that every procedure complies with industry standards and safety laws.

·         Determine risks and provide remedies to reduce hazards at work.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

2. 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
