We are looking for qualified candidates to work as "Call Center Executive" for a renowned private commercial bank under E-Zone Contract.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service over the phone
- Handle callers' queries, complaints, and requests through inbound and/or outbound calls
- Maintain a high standard of call quality as per departmental/organizational requirements
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Execute any other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor/higher authority
- Follow up on customer calls when necessary
- Support the sales team by generating quality sales leads
- Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard
Compensation and Other Benefits
- Salary: BDT. 24,000 (Fixed)
- 2 Festival Bonuses
