Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, offering viable solutions.
- Maintain and update the call center database with accurate information.
- Assist clients with questions about various products and services, aiming to resolve any issues.
- Engage potential customers by providing detailed information on products and services.
Compensation and Other Benefits
Salary Range: BDT 14,000-16,000
Festival Bonus: Twice a year (Subject to eligibility)
Salary Increment: Annually

Special Instructions
Educational Requirement: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements:
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years
- No prior experience is required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to perform under time constraints
