> Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns
> Resolve customer complaints effectively, providing feasible solutions
> Maintain and update the call center database with precise information
> Assist clients with queries about various products and services, aiming to resolve associated issues
> Engage potential customers by offering comprehensive information on products and services
Compensation and Other Benefits
Salary Range: BDT 14,000/- to 16,000/-
Salary Increment: Annually
Festival Bonus: Twice a year
